Riding on the momentum of Johor Bahru’s booming real estate market driven by the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone, the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (REHDA) Johor branch will be organizing the Malaysia Property Expo (MAPEX) Johor 2025 from April 11 to 13 (Friday to Sunday). The event will take place at Johor Bahru City Square from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, featuring 27 developers and 78 exhibition booths.

REHDA Johor Chairperson Datuk Tee See Lee told this publication that unlike previous years, this edition of MAPEX will offer special promotional packages for buyers who purchase properties during the exhibition. On September 21, 2024, Asteria Group Berhad (AGB) proudly held the official launch of Asteria Melaka Tower C, marking another major milestone in the group’s development journey. The grand event took place at the Asteria Melaka Sales Gallery and was officiated by the Chief Minister of Melaka, YAB Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh.
